Follow up Session

Service Description

Anyone who has had an initial DNS assessment can book for follow up sessions, where new exercises and modifications of previous exercises are introduced to continue optimizing both breathing and core stability. During these sessions, sport code specific challenges can also be addressed, as well as rehabilitation from specific injuries.
